Step 1. Add your product or service
Everything you create in Zeely starts with something you want to promote.
You can:
Start with one product or service. You can always add more later. When adding it, include:
A clear product name
A short description
A few high-quality photos
A price if relevant
A couple of tips:
The more information you provide, the better the AI can pick up on what you're promoting, and the closer your creatives will match your brand.
For a product: Choose clear photos that show the product from different angles and highlight its key details.
For a service: Add real photos that show your work, workspace, or results and help illustrate what you offer.
In the description: Mention important details you want AI to take into account, such as your brand colours, logo, product or service name, important text, or other specific requirements. If your brand or product name has a specific pronunciation, you can also include a phonetic spelling.
Step 2. Create your first ad
Once you've added a product or service, you're ready to create your first creative. We recommend starting with Image ad. It’s the quickest and easiest way to create your first visual and see how Zeely works. Then it would be a good idea to try creating a video.

You've got the basics down. Now you can try a different way of creating. So far, you've started with a product or service and created an ad from it. But that's only one way to work with Zeely. When you have your own idea or a visual direction in mind, you can take a more hands-on approach.
