On the go? Perfect. With Image ad in the Zeely app, you can turn a simple product photo into a polished static ad in just a few taps.
Here's how to do it:
Open Image ads. Tap the landscape icon at the bottom of the screen, then select Image ad.
Tap Image, then pick a product or service, either an existing one from your list, or add a new one.
Select an image to work with or upload one from your gallery. Want a closer look before choosing? Long-press an image to open it in full view.
You can not only choose a product image from your list or upload a photo, but also take one on the spot. Just tap Take a photo. If prompted, allow Zeely to access your camera.
Pick your references. Choose from top-performing ad examples suggested by Zeely, browse by product or service type using the filters above, or upload your own.
The filters help you quickly find references that match your industry, product, or creative goal, making it easier to generate ads in the style you're looking for.
You can select up to 10 references. If you select multiple references, Zeely generates one Image ad for each selected reference, so you can compare different creative directions. If you select a single reference, you can generate multiple variations of that reference.

Describe your idea. In the prompt field, briefly explain how you’d like the final image to look, such as mood, background, lighting, or style. You can write it yourself or tap the rhombus icon in the top-left corner to let AI generate the description.
Even if you selected a product image and a reference, your text prompt still guides the AI. If you describe something very different, the result may look different too. This is expected behavior.
Describing your idea is optional. You can skip this step and continue without adding a prompt. AI will handle the image based on the information you've already provided.
Tap Settings in the corner to fine-tune your ad:
Use the toggle to turn Brand DNA on or off
Select the AI model
Choose the Format (Post, Story, or Reel)
Select how many variations you want: you can generate a few variations if you've picked a single reference, just choose how many you'd like
Tap Apply to confirm.
Tap the arrow in the corner to generate the ad. Generation usually takes a couple of minutes.
Preview your result. Once it's ready, your new creative will appear on the right side of the screen. Tap it to view it in full screen.
You can always find your creative visual in Projects (the familiar folder icon at the bottom), then switch to the Image tab above.
