If you noticed a new charge for your Zeely subscription, it likely means your plan renewed automatically. This is a standard part of how subscriptions work and ensures your access to Zeely features continues without interruption.
When you subscribe, we clearly indicate at the point of purchase that the plan will renew automatically unless it’s cancelled manually.
How automatic renewal works
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
The payment is charged using the payment method linked to your account.
Your access to Zeely features continues seamlessly.
You can always see your next billing date and the upcoming charge amount in your Account settings under the Subscription section.
If the subscription isn’t cancelled before the next billing cycle, the system will automatically process the next payment and renew the plan.
When to cancel to avoid the next charge
If you decide not to continue your subscription, please cancel it at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
If cancellation happens later than this, the upcoming charge may still go through because the renewal process has already started.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, so you can continue using your plan until it expires.
What if I purchased my plan with a discount?
From time to time, Zeely may offer subscription plans with special promotional discounts. The exact discount may vary depending on the promotion or seasonal offer available when you subscribe.
If you subscribed with a promotional discount, the first billing period may cost less. After renewal, the regular price applies.
