We’ll miss having you around, but we want the process to be easy for you.
Here’s how:
Log in to Zeely at https://app.zeely.ai/
Open your account menu in the top-right corner — it’s the little circle with the first letter of your name, and click your email.
In your account, click Subscription, then choose Change plan.
The Current plan card shows your active plan, billing cycle, and renewal date. Just below it, you’ll see Change plan. Click it.
You'll see your planned highlight. Select Manage subscription — the text link below your plan description.
In the pop-up window, click Cancel subscription.
Choose a reason for cancellation and click Continue.
Once completed, your subscription will be cancelled. You will see the expiration date of your current plan, and until then you’ll still have access to all Zeely's features. Changed your mind? Just click Resubscribe to keep going.
