Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, please make sure to cancel it separately to avoid future charges.
To permanently delete your Zeely account, follow the steps below:
Log in at https://app.zeely.ai/login
Click the first letter of your name in the top-right corner.
Then, click the gear icon and choose Delete account from the list, and confirm the deletion when prompted.
You’ll see a confirmation that your account has been deleted. If you’d like to return, you can create a new account using the same email address.
