Keeping an eye on your credit balance is a bit like checking your bank account. It helps you plan what to create next and avoid surprises mid-project.
Here's how:
Log in to your Zeely web dashboard at https://zeely.ai/
Look at the top-right corner of the dashboard. Your current credit balance appears next to your profile icon, shown as the capital letter inside a circle.
That number is your available fuel for creating videos, images, and ads.
How to buy more video credits:
If you need more credits, you can add them in just a few steps.
Click your credit balance at the top-right of the dashboard. A panel opens showing your current balance:
Plan credits, included in your subscription
Extra credits, added on top and safe from renewal burn
Click Get credits, and choose a package that fits your needs.
Then, click Get extra credits and follow the prompts to complete your payment securely.
Your credits are added automatically, so there’s nothing extra you need to do. If you upgrade your subscription, your Plan credits refresh right away. If you purchase additional credits while your subscription is still active, they’re simply added to your Extra credits balance and ready to use.
