All the physical products, digital goods, and services you have added can be found in the Products section of Brand space. Brands and products are managed in separate areas, although a product can be connected to a brand during setup.
Here’s how to do it:
Log in to your Zeely account: https://app.zeely.ai/
In the left-hand menu, go to Brand space.
There, you’ll see all the products and services you’ve added. You can also find your brands in the Brands section.
What is the difference between Brands and Products?
Brands contain your visual and verbal identity, including your logo, colors, fonts, brand information, and tone of voice. Products contain the information and images related to the physical products, digital goods, or services you want to promote.
If you skipped the optional Brand field while adding a product, the product will still appear in Brand space. You can add or select a brand later. When you create content for a brand, Zeely uses the information specific to that brand together with the relevant product details. Keeping these two areas separate makes it easier to update a product without changing your brand profile, and to adjust your brand style without rewriting your product information.
