How to fix Zeely app crashes or unexpected closures

1. Restart and refresh your device (for web version)

  • Reboot your laptop to clear temporary system errors and free up memory.

  • Log out of Zeely and log back in to refresh your account session and clear temporary glitches.

2. Reinstall app and manage storage

  • Reinstall the app (mobile version users): delete the app and download it again from the App Store or Google Play.

  • Ensure your device has enough free storage space and delete unnecessary apps or files if needed.

  • Make sure your device’s operating system (iOS or Android) is up to date with the latest stable release.

3. Free up device resources

  • Close other running apps to free up RAM and prevent conflicts.

  • While troubleshooting mobile app issues, try using the Zeely web version as a temporary alternative.

4. Check for external interferences

  • Check if your antivirus or security software is blocking Zeely and whitelist the app if necessary.
