How can I pause my subscription?

It’s easy. You can pause your Zeely subscription anytime and pick things back up whenever you’re ready.

To pause it, please reach out to our support team — this option isn’t available in your account yet.

What happens when I pause my subscription?

When you pause your plan, everything kind of goes into “chill mode” for up to 60 days.

The good part:

  • You won’t be charged while your subscription is paused

What you can still do:

  • Look through your creative ads and videos

  • Download or tweak your existing static ads

  • Manage your products or services (add new ones or edit existing ones)

What takes a pause too:

  • Creating new content

  • Launching ads (both organic and paid campaigns)

  • Editing video creatives

At the end of the 60-day pause period, your subscription will automatically resume, and your billing will pick up from there. No need to do anything on your side.

What about my credits?

Your credits stay safe. If you’ve already purchased any, they’ll still be there for you to use until your subscription term ends.
