We’ll miss having you around, but we want the process to be easy for you.
Here’s how:
Log in to Zeely at https://app.zeely.ai/
Click the circle with the first letter of your name or your profile photo in the lower-left corner of the screen. Then select your email address from the menu to open Account settings.
In your account, click Subscription & payments. You'll see your active plan, billing cycle, and renewal date. Click the arrow on the black button showing your current plan, then select Cancel subscription.
Choose a reason for cancellation and click Continue.
Once completed, your subscription will be cancelled. You will see the expiration date of your current plan, and until then you’ll still have access to all Zeely's features. Changed your mind? Just click Resubscribe to keep going.
