While it’s always a little sad to see you go, we want leaving to be as easy as joining. If you’ve decided to end your plan, you can do it right in the app — with a tap, and one more tap, and tap.
Here's how to do it:
Tap the green button with your current plan at the top-right of the home screen.
Select Manage subscription.
Scroll down until you see Cancel subscription, then tap it.
Before you go, we'd love to warn you that your credits and access to all tools will expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
Choose your reason for cancellation and tap Cancel subscription.
Finally, confirm by selecting I still want to cancel. If you change your mind, close the window by tapping X.
Once everything is confirmed, your subscription will be canceled, and you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period. If you ever feel like coming back, you can reactivate your subscription anytime by tapping Resubscribe in the same section.
