While it’s always a little sad to see you go, we want leaving to be as easy as joining. If you’ve decided to end your plan, you can do it right in the app — with a tap, and one more tap, and tap.
Here's how to do it:
Tap the green button with your current plan at the top-right of the home screen.
Select Manage Subscription.
Scroll down and tap Change Plan.
Keep scrolling until you see Cancel subscription, then tap it.
Before you leave, we may suggest a free talk in the chat to look at your results together. You can book it if you’d like, or just tap Skip.
Choose your reason for cancellation and tap Continue.
Finally, confirm by choosing Cancel subscription. That’s it.
Once everything is confirmed, your subscription will be canceled, and you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period. If you ever feel like coming back, you can reactivate your subscription anytime by tapping Reactivate subscription in the same section.
