How can I get a refund?

If you believe a charge was made by mistake or you’d like to request a refund, our team will be happy to take a look and help.

To start the process, simply contact our support team and share the details of your request. We’ll review it according to our refund policy and get back to you as quickly as possible.

How to request a refund

  1. Reach out to our support team at [email protected] or open the chat and send us a message there.

  2. Include a short description of the issue. If you’re not logged in, please also add the email address linked to your Zeely account so we can check the details.

  3. Our team will review your request in line with our refund policy and get back to you as soon as possible.


When will I receive the refund?

If your refund request is approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know it has been completed successfully.


The payment will be returned to your original payment method. Most banks process refunds within 5–10 business days, so the money should appear in your account during that time.

If you haven’t received your refund

If more than 10 business days have passed and the refund hasn’t appeared yet, please take a moment to check a few things:

  • Check your account statement: please make sure you’re checking the account connected to the payment method you originally used.

  • Contact your bank: it may be that your bank is still processing the transaction. Some banks take a little longer to finalize refunds.
