Organic campaigns are your shortcut to organic growth. Zeely turns your product shots into Instagram ads so you can reach new people — without spending a cent.
There’s a must-do step before you start running campaigns: connecting your Instagram account to Zeely. First, make sure you have a professional (business or creator) Instagram account and that your profile isn’t private. Then follow the green arrow in the instructions below.
Here's how to do it:
Log in to your Zeely account: https://app.zeely.ai/
In your Zeely web dashboard, go to Promotions and choose Organic campaigns.
You'll be asked where you want to post — choose Instagram.
If this is your first time launching a campaign, Zeely will ask you to connect your Instagram account.
Important: Organic campaigns only work with Instagram Business or Creator accounts — personal ones can’t be connected. Just follow the on-screen instructions from Instagram and grant the necessary permissions so Zeely can post your videos as Reels.

You’re all set, and you won’t need to do this again next time.
Hover your mouse over a date on the calendar when you want your ad to go live. Then click Create post.
Choose the media you want to promote. You can either use existing media from your gallery or create new and start from scratch.
It can be an image ad, a video, or even a creative made with a Sora video ad.
Just above, you’ll see a set of filters to make things easier to navigate. Tap Publish to to choose where your ad will go — Instagram, TikTok, or both. In the next section, you can pick the product you want to promote and choose the ad type, whether it’s a static image or a video.If you want to create a new ad instead of using media from your gallery, tap Create new. In the modal, choose the format:
Reels — creates a video with an AI actor
Post — takes you to AI image ad creation
Note: You can start creating a campaign and just close it. It will be saved as a draft, so you can return anytime and select Launch from the three dots.
Zeely automatically sets up your campaign details, yet you can edit publish date and time right away in the posting window.
Note: To avoid duplicate posts, make sure you don’t schedule the same content multiple times or combine manual posting with scheduled posts for the same creative.
To change the time, click the small arrow next to the start date and time. The calendar will open, and you can adjust it there. Click Apply.
In just a few seconds, Zeely puts together your posting schedule.
Do a final check to make sure everything looks just right before launch. To review all the details, tap Edit post.
When everything looks good, click Save.
When you’re ready, click Launch campaign and let Zeely fill in your calendar.
After setup, you’ll see all your scheduled posts with their dates and times.
Need to adjust something before launch? Click the post to bring some changes.
By the way, do not forget to play with tags. You can also check the calendar view to see all your scheduled publications in one place.
Tip: When planning content for several days, consider using different Reels instead of repeating the same one. This helps keep your audience engaged and can improve overall performance.
