If you want to connect a different TikTok account, start by disconnecting the one you’re currently using.
Here’s how to do it:
Log in to your Zeely account at https://app.zeely.ai/.
Go to Organic campaigns (where you connected TikTok).
Click the settings icon in the top right corner — it’s right next to your small profile logo. Click Disconnect.
Note: Your previous campaigns and results will stay right where they are. You can still view them in the web version and check engagement insights on TikTok.
Then, in the top right corner, tap the TikTok icon and select Connect.
Tip: To avoid logging into the same account, log out of TikTok in your browser first.
Follow the on-screen steps to log in with your new TikTok account. And make sure your account is public so Zeely can post your videos.
