If you’ve already connected an Instagram account and want to switch to another one, you’ll need to disconnect it first.
Here’s how to do it:
Log in to your Zeely account at https://app.zeely.ai/.
Go to Organic campaigns (where you connected Instagram).
Click the settings icon in the top right corner — it’s right next to your small profile photo.
Click Remove.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. If you’re sure you want to switch accounts, click Remove anyway.
Note: All your previous welcome campaigns and their results will stay right where they are. You can view them in the web version anytime and still check engagement insights on Instagram.
You’ll return to the Organic campaigns section, and a black pop-up will confirm that your account was disconnected. Click Start posting. Don’t worry — you don’t have to launch anything new. This step simply lets you connect a different Instagram account.
When the pop-up appears, click Connect Instagram account. To avoid logging in the same account, log out from Instagram.
Follow the on-screen instructions to log in with your new Instagram username and password. Make sure your Instagram is set up as a Business or Creator account so Zeely can post your videos as Reels.
Once done, you’ll see your new account in the upper corner of the screen.
That’s it. Your new Instagram account is now connected and ready to go.
