Sometimes you might want to switch the TikTok account connected to Zeely —maybe you’ve created a new page or want to post from a different profile. No problem, it only takes a minute.
Here’s how to do it:
Go to Campaigns. You’ll find the green dollar sign at the bottom of your screen.
Tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
On the Manage account page, find your connected TikTok account and tap Disconnect.
✨ Zeely's note: Everything you’ve created before will stay safe and accessible. You can view your past campaigns in the web or mobile version, and check engagement insights on TikTok anytime.
A pop-up will appear asking if you’re sure. Confirm.
Choose a reason for disconnecting your account.
You’ll be redirected to the Manage accounts page. Next to the TikTok icon, tap Connect. Enter your TikTok login details — your data stays safe and private.
✨ And you’re done. Your new TikTok account is connected and ready to go.
Jump back into your campaigns and let it do its thing.
