I forgot my password (Web)

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the Zeely login page in just a few steps.

Forgot your password? Happens to the best of us. You can get back into your account in just a minute. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Zeely login page at https://app.zeely.ai/login.

  2. Tap Forgot Password? at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Enter the email you used when you signed up. Click Get code →.

  4. Check your inbox for the recovery code and copy it.

  5. Paste the code into the reset page.

  6. Create a new password and confirm it.

Your account will be ready to go with the new password right away.
