Pro launcher lets you set up your Meta campaign in Zeely before sending it to Meta Ads Manager. You can choose your Meta account, set your budget and audience, add ad copy and creatives, save the setup as a template, and launch the campaign.
Before you begin
Make sure your Meta account is connected to Zeely. If you do not have a Meta account yet, start with How to create a Meta account.
Good to know: Your Meta account should have a Facebook Page, an ad account, and a valid payment method. Depending on your campaign objective, you may also need a Meta pixel.
Open Pro launcher
On the Zeely web dashboard, go to Meta campaigns and click New campaign.
At the top, open the Meta account selector and choose the account you’d like to use. If you’ve connected multiple accounts, just pick the one you want to launch your campaign from.
The launcher is split into three sections: Campaign, Ad sets, and Ad texts. Your ads appear on the right, so you can keep track of the creative files you've added while filling everything in. We'll guide you through each one.
Set up your campaign
Open the Campaign section, then complete the following fields:
Enter a clear Campaign name that will help you recognize the campaign later.
Choose whether to keep Launch as active switched on. When it is on, the campaign can start running after Meta approves it. Switch it off if you want the campaign to remain inactive after it has been created.
Under Budget strategy, choose how you want Meta to distribute your budget:
Campaign budget uses Meta budget optimization to distribute the budget across your ad sets.
Ad set budget lets you control the budget separately for each ad set.
If you selected Campaign budget, choose Daily or Lifetime, then enter the amount you want to spend.
Choose an Objective:
Traffic helps bring people to your destination link.
Sales helps find people who are likely to purchase your product or service.
Leads helps collect contact information from potential customers.
Fill in the remaining fields:
Select your Pixel. The pixel tracks actions on your website and helps Meta measure and optimize your campaign. If the field is highlighted in red, you need to select a pixel before you can launch.
Facebook Page: Choose the Facebook Page your ad will run from.
Instagram Page: Choose the Instagram account you want to use.
Destination link: Enter the URL you want people to visit after clicking your ad.
Check these details before moving on, as missing required information may prevent you from launching the campaign.
Add your creative files
The Ads for Ad set 1 panel appears on the right side of the launcher. You can add images and videos in any of the following ways:
Drag and drop files into the upload area.
Click Projects to choose content already created in Zeely.
Click Device to upload files from your computer.
Click Google Drive to bring in files from your connected Drive account.
The standard uploader supports WEBP, PNG, JPEG, JPG, and MP4 files up to 10 MB.
How to choose files from Projects or your device
Click Projects or Device.
Pick out the images and videos you want to use. Use the search field at the top to find files by name. You can also drag and drop files directly into the upload area, or tap Device to browse your files.
Click Continue with media to add the selected files.
Each selected item appears as an ad card under Ads for Ad set 1.
How to import files from Google Drive
Click Google Drive.
If your Drive account is already connected, click Select media to browse its files.
You can also paste Google Drive file or folder links into Import from links, placing each link on a new line.
Make sure each file is available to Anyone with the link, or share it with [email protected].
Click Import, select the files, and continue.
Google Drive link imports support WEBP, PNG, JPG, JPEG, and MP4 files. Each file can be up to 50 MB, and you can import up to 100 files at a time.
Tip: Use the search field in the media library to find several ads at once. You can paste their names separated by commas or place each name on a new line.
To remove one ad, click the X in the upper right corner of its card. To clear out every selected ad, click Clear all ads.
Configure your ad set
Open Ad sets, then fill in the settings for Ad set 1.
Enter an Ad set name.
Click Select audience to set up the people you want to reach. Then, enter an audience Name.
Under Custom audiences or lookalikes, choose Include or Exclude, then search for the audiences you want to add.
Then, under Location, choose Include or Exclude, then search for the relevant countries, regions, or cities.
Check the Estimated audience size as you adjust your targeting. If Zeely can’t calculate it yet, the field will show N/A. Once you’re happy with your settings, click Save to apply your audience.
Review the Conversion location and Conversion event. The available values depend on the campaign objective you selected.
Fill in the Beneficiary, which is the person or organization benefiting from the campaign.
If someone else is paying for your campaign, simply switch on Payer and enter their name. If your ads will run in the European Union, you’ll need to fill in this information before launching.
To set up another ad set, click the plus icon beside the existing ad set tabs. Each ad set has its own audience and group of ads, which makes it easier to test different targeting combinations.

Save or launch the campaign
Once your campaign, ad set, media, and copy are ready, choose one of the following options:
Click Save as template to keep the setup for later. This is helpful when you plan to reuse the same structure for another campaign.
Click Launch campaign to send the campaign to Meta.
Zeely will begin creating your campaign and show its progress in the Campaign launches panel.
Once Meta reviews and approves your campaign, ads with Launch as active switched on will start running. You can then head back to Meta campaigns to check the campaign status and keep track of its performance, including impressions, clicks, link clicks, click-through rate (CTR), and spend.
