How to launch a paid campaign using your Meta account?

Follow the steps below to link your Meta account to Zeely.

Written by Vita

Paid campaigns help you reach more people, get more views, and drive more orders. In Zeely, you can launch campaigns in two ways:

When you connect your own Meta account, you manage everything directly through Meta, including campaigns, budgets, and settings. Payments also go straight to Meta, with no additional Zeely fees.

Because the account belongs to you, Meta handles all approvals and verification steps directly on its side. Zeely will guide you through the setup process, but verification itself is managed by Meta.

Before you begin, make sure you already have a Meta account.

Here’s how to connect your Meta account:

  1. Log in to your Zeely account: https://app.zeely.ai/

  2. Go to Promotion and choose Paid campaigns. And click Create campaign.

  3. Select Connect your Meta account, then click Continue.

  4. You’ll be redirected to the Facebook login page. Enter your email and password, then log in.

  5. If prompted, confirm that you trust this device.

  6. Click Continue as [your account]. Meta will ask which Facebook Pages Zeely can access.

To make campaign setup smoother, we recommend choosing all current and future Pages. This lets Zeely work with the Pages connected to your account now and any you may add later. Then click Continue.

  7. Meta will also ask which business accounts Zeely can access.

We recommend allowing access to all current and future businesses connected to your Meta account. This helps Zeely set up and manage campaigns without extra reconnect steps later. Then click Continue.

  8. Review Zeely’s access and click Save.

  9. Once your Meta account is connected, you’ll see the Meta icon in the upper right corner. This means the connection was successful and your account is ready to use for campaigns.

If you have multiple Pages connected to Meta, you’ll also be able to choose which one to use for your ads.

  10. Now you can run campaigns. Hit + New campaign to get to the setup page, where you'll fill in all the details:

    • Add a destination link to where people land after clicking your ad — a product page, landing page, or lead form. Paste it in or tap the arrow to pick from products you've already added.

    • Pick a name that's clear and recognizable. You'll thank yourself later when you're juggling multiple campaigns.

    • Choose your objective:

      • Traffic — bring people to your site (a great option for selling physical or digital products)

      • Leads — collect contact details from potential customers (perfect for promoting services or offering consultations)

      • Sales — drive purchases and conversions directly through your ads (best for campaigns focused on generating orders and increasing revenue)

    • Choose your visuals. Images or videos both work — we suggest adding 3 to 5 options. The system tests them automatically and shifts the budget toward whatever performs best. By clicking +, you can add more.

  11. Review your ad to make sure everything looks right.

    • Visual

    • Button

    • Description

    To make changes, click Edit.

You can edit the ad text, headline, or call-to-action at any time. And if you want a quick copy glow-up, tap the T✨ icon — AI will polish the wording for you.

    Click Save, then Continue.

  12. Once you’ve reviewed all your ads, it’s time to choose who and where you want to reach. You can go with the AI-suggested audience or build your own.

If you build your own audience, select the locations where you want your ads to run, then set the age range and gender.

  13. Now you need to set your budget and duration. Based on the goal you chose earlier — Traffic or Leads — select how many visitors or leads you’d like to get.

We’ll automatically suggest a recommended budget and campaign duration to match your expectations. If you prefer to fine-tune it yourself, move the slider to adjust the numbers.

    • Campaign budget is the total amount you’ll spend over the entire campaign. It also helps calculate the optimal daily budget based on how many days your ad will run.

    • Duration defines how long your campaign will be active on social media platforms.

Good to know: The minimum recommended daily budget is $10 per day. This gives your campaign enough room to perform properly and deliver stable, meaningful results.

And finally, click Launch. After that, the ball is in Meta’s court. They’ll review your ad, and if everything follows their advertising guidelines, your campaign will go live.
