You can download invoices for eligible purchases directly from your Zeely account. There's no need to contact Support.
Invoices are available for successful payments and refunded transactions, including subscriptions, credit purchases, Meta campaigns, and Booster. Each invoice is generated automatically in a standard format and is ready to download whenever you need it.
How to download an invoice
Log in to your Zeely account at https://app.zeely.ai/
Click your account icon in the top right corner, then select your email address to open Account.
Open the Subscription tab.
Scroll down to Invoice history.
Find the transaction you need and click Download next to it. The file will be saved to your device automatically.
When invoices aren't available
Some transactions don't come with a downloadable invoice:
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google handle these invoices on their end, so you'll need to grab them from your Apple or Google account.
Declined payments. Since these didn't go through, no invoice is generated.
