What does “pending” mean in Zeely?
When you launch a campaign in Zeely, it first goes through a manual quality check by our advertising team. Only then do we submit it to Meta for final approval.
This process helps:
Ensure your ad meets Meta’s advertising policies
Avoid ad rejections or account restrictions
Prevent wasted ad spend on non-compliant or weak ads
What happens after the review?
Once your campaign is reviewed:
If approved you'll receive a confirmation email from Zeely. Your campaign will go live and start generating traffic.
If not approved:
we’ll send you a detailed email explaining why it was declined, with clear instructions on how to fix the issue
your payment will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
How long does the review take?
Most campaigns are reviewed by our team within 1–12 hours
During high-traffic periods, it may take up to 24 hours
After our approval, Meta also performs its own review which may take another few hours
