How to create an AI avatar video ad in Zeely web version?

Create a professional video ad featuring an AI avatar to showcase your product - no filming or editing skills needed.

Open the Zeely web version in your browser.

You can begin creating a video ad in 2 ways:

  1. From the Home page - in Explore AI tools click the AI video ad button.

2. From the Video studio - in your Zeely web dashboard, go to the Video studio tab (left-side menu), then click AI video ad.

Select your product you want to promote and click Continue in the bottom right corner

Choose your AI Avatar that will represent your business in the video and click Continue in the bottom right corner.

To make your selection easier, use the filter options at the top of the avatar gallery:

  • Gender: filter avatars by male or female.

  • Age: choose between teen (13-19), young adult (20-34), adult (35-49), mature adult (50-64), senior (65+) avatars.

  • Pose: select from avatars that stand or sit.

Select high-quality images to use in your video. You can use existing images from your store or upload new ones.

Add a video hook (optional) - a short intro or attention grabber before the main script.


Choose your script style. In the Script section, you now have five storytelling formats:

  1. Creator’s Mode - write your own script or enter a custom prompt for AI to generate it.

  2. Problem & Solution – highlight how your product solves a specific problem.

  3. Product Overview – focus on features and benefits.

  4. Three Reasons Why – present the top three reasons to buy.

  5. Stop Doing This… Do That – use contrast messaging for stronger impact.

Choose the background music that fits your video mood. Preview tracks by clicking the play icon. Once you’ve found the perfect tune, click Continue.

You’ll now see a summary of all your choices (product, avatar, script, music, etc.). Double-check everything and click Continue when ready.


A pop-up will show your video balance and expiration of your credits. Click Render for 1 Credit to start generating your video.

Video rendering. Your video may take up to 15 minutes to generate. You’ll receive a notification in the web version and to your email once it’s ready.

Pro tip: Test different combinations of avatars and scripts to identify what resonates best with your target audience and performs well within social media algorithms.
