How to create an AI avatar video ad?

Create a professional video ad featuring an AI avatar to showcase your product - no filming or editing skills needed.

You can begin creating a video ad in 2 ways:

  1. From the Home page - click the Create AI video ad button.

2. From the Videos section - in your Zeely app, go to the Videos tab (bottom play symbol), then tap Create AI video ad.

Select your product you want to promote and click Continue in the bottom right corner.

Choose the video objective that matches your intent:

  1. Ads & Promotions – run paid ads and attract new customers.

  2. Social Media Content – grow awareness and engage your audience.

  3. On-Site Media – showcase your products and boost conversions.

Click Continue when done.

Choose your AI Avatar that will represent your business in the video and click Continue in the bottom right corner.

Pick a Video Template that suits your brand style, then Click Continue in the bottom right corner

Select high-quality images to use in your video. You can use existing images from your store or upload new ones.

Choose images you want to use for the video.


Review product details - name and description. Make changes if needed.


Choose video settings - aspect ratio and approximate duration of the video

  1. Aspect Ratio defines the video's shape and is important for how it will appear on different platforms. 9:16 (Vertical) is ideal for Stories, Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Optimized for full-screen viewing on mobile devices.

  2. Approximate Duration sets the target length of your video based on your message and channel.

Choose your script style. In the Script section, you now have five storytelling formats:

  1. Creator’s Mode - write your own script or enter a custom prompt for AI to generate it.

  2. Problem & Solution – highlight how your product solves a specific problem.

  3. Product Overview – focus on features and benefits.

  4. Three Reasons Why – present the top three reasons to buy.

  5. Stop Doing This… Do That – use contrast messaging for stronger impact.

Choose the background music that fits your video mood. Preview tracks by clicking the play icon. Once you’ve found the perfect tune, click Continue.

Choose your subtitles style - font and background color that matches your brand tone and is easy to read.

A pop-up will show your video balance and expiration of your credits. Click Render for 1 Credit to start generating your video.

Video rendering. Your video may take up to 15 minutes to generate. You’ll receive a notification in the web version and to your email once it’s ready.

Tip: Experiment with different avatars, scripts, and templates to find what works best for your audience.
